One-to-one coaching conversations with teaching and support staff.
Wellbeing drop-in sessions throughout the day.
Support for leaders navigating challenging situations, change or staff wellbeing concerns.
Review and discussion of your school's wellbeing policy and wider staff wellbeing provision.
Consideration of how current practice aligns with staff wellbeing expectations and statutory guidance.
An optional anonymised summary for senior leaders highlighting themes, strengths and opportunities.

£420 (incl. VAT). Travel may apply outside the local area.
