About EduEmpower

I’m Alex Russell, founder of EduEmpower Coaching. I’ve worked in schools since 2017, first as a teaching assistant and then as a teacher, so I understand the reality of school life from the ground up. Alongside this, I’m also a Level 7 qualified coach. I’ve seen just how demanding the education environment can be — and just how powerful coaching is in helping people navigate it.

Coaching doesn't just support individuals; it strengthens whole teams. When someone becomes more resilient, more self-aware and better able to manage stress, the benefits ripple outward. Communication improves, relationships strengthen and the overall culture of a school becomes healthier.

EduEmpower Coaching grew from this experience. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed and what it’s like to work in a team that feels stretched. I also know the transformation that’s possible when staff have the space, tools and support they need to think clearly and feel grounded again.

My aim is simple: to offer practical, down-to-earth coaching that helps school staff feel more confident, more capable and more in control — so they can thrive in the work that matters most.
