Group Coaching Support is a guided, structured coaching space for small groups of staff or leaders. It is designed to support professional development, shared reflection and consistent ways of working across a team.
Unlike training, group coaching focuses on real situations and live thinking. Sessions are purposeful and practical - helping teams strengthen communication, decision-making and collective leadership.

- Middle leaders (year leads, phase leads, subject leads)
- SLT groups looking to strengthen consistency and alignment
- Pastoral or inclusion teams
- Newly-formed teams or teams seeking clearer working norms

- Facilitated group coaching sessions (typically 60–90 minutes)
- Simple structure each session: focus, reflection, options and next steps
- Agreed ground rules to support psychological safety and respectful discussion
- Practical tools and prompts to support implementation between sessions
- Optional anonymised themes summary for SLT, where appropriate
